Luxury Barn Conversion with Contemporary & Curved Blinds
Grants were engaged in this project from the earliest stages, introduced by BASE Architecture which was responsible for converting the derelict barn into a luxury home. Conservationists were keen to retain the exterior barn appearance whilst creating a lovely light-filled property. The two adjacent barns are interconnected and extended using structural glass rooms.
French Pinoleum Blinds in Flatweave Farmhouse Door Colour were selected throughout to complement the natural stone and timber interior design. These fully automated blinds have been effectively concealed in most windows to appear when required.
For the windows, both traditional Roman-style French Pinoleum and contemporary Roller-style French Pinoleum have been supplied for the different areas. The roller design had the additional function to work as a natural product flyscreen when used.
In the Billiard room, concealed screen roller blinds were selected for both the front windows and the glass roof at the rear as a contrast to the natural products used elsewhere.
