New Build House with Lutron Shading
Spacious new country home designed with concealed Lutron blinds in doors, windows and gables. Included from the outset, this discerning homeowner wanted hidden blinds where possible. Grants worked with the award-winning MailenDesign based in Clerkenwell, in the early stages to include the space for hidden blinds throughout the house. The building accommodates five bedrooms and extensive social and leisure spaces on the ground floor.
The Lutron roller blinds with fabric-covered hem bars, were made using Glenheim Screen material allowing light and some visibility through the fabric. The top-down Gable blinds were made using Honeycell Cranbourne privacy material in a close matching colour tone to the roller blinds. All blinds were concealed within Blindspace® M Series built-in during construction.
