Silver Service
We expect you to enjoy our products without issues. However, the increase in motorisation does also increase the risk of product failure. We select our suppliers for their reliability and include as standard a minimum 5-year guarantee on all parts and products, call-out charges will apply in years 3-5.

Platinum Service
For an all-inclusive service, we offer a 5-year maintenance program which includes an annual maintenance visit, covers all parts and products as well as any call-outs that may be required. Platinum service is recommended particularly for a garden room, roof blind applications.
The garden room Platinum service includes:
Annual removal of all blinds from their brackets so any dirt or debris can be removed from the blind.
Annual removal of any surface marks from hardware.
Annual checking of any wear and tear of components and their replacement if necessary
Annual refitting of blinds, checking & re-tensioning of all wires and cords
Annual cleaning and re-silicone roof support wires
Annual checking of programming, operation and replacement of handset batteries if necessary.
