Lutron Concealed Roller Blinds In London Penthouse
This luxury London penthouse with an amazing river and city skyline view needed the very best blinds available, to provide shading that would reduce solar heat gain and glare whilst retaining the view. The homeowner wanted a minimalist solution that offered synchronized operation.
Grants installed Blindspace boxes finished in white to match the ceiling and walls with Lutron stand-alone mains-powered blinds fitted within. High-performance fabrics with 1% screen material were used to maintain the view with maximum protection.
These concealed Lutron blinds featured:
Perfect alignment between blinds
Ultra-quiet motors
Narrow gaps between blinds
Operated individually or in a group
Controlled from phone or wall switch
This stand-alone solution was successfully installed without the need for a full Lutron Homeworks system installation.
