Tanglewood Garden Room With Concealed French Pinoleum Blinds
Set in rolling Pennsylvania countryside, this Tanglewood conservatory was designed to be a place of solitude from which one could enjoy the garden. Approached by the link to the house, the octagonal design and arched window detailing have created the most beautiful end result. The owner was very keen to have concealed blinds installed for the windows, only appearing when needed.
Roman Style Roof Blinds were fitted between the glazing bars to cover the roof when shading is required. Concealed Roller Blinds cover the windows. All blinds have been made using Grants Denbeigh coloured Flatweave material and powered by silent motors.
The window fenestration can be enjoyed through the blinds in the daytime, the French Pinoleum Flatweave material provides adequate shading from the hot sun whilst allowing visibility through the material at the same time.
The best results were achieved by the owner engaging Grants from the earliest stages of the project and instructing Grants to work closely with Tanglewood throughout the build process.
