Case Study: Luxury New Build Home with Ultimate Light Control
This luxury home was designed to have fully concealed blinds in every window. The owners were enthusiastic to design a home that was the best to the last detail. Blinds and curtains are controlled using Lutron® and were installed using the Blindspace® concealment products.
Bespoke electric curtains were included to provide softness and the fully concealed blinds were used to control the light and privacy. Through careful planning from the outset of the project, the inclusion of concealed blinds has achieved the best end result.
Dark-coloured fabrics have been used where maximum visibility was desired but softer white-toned used in bath and dressing rooms. Bedrooms and media room have been supplied using dark-coloured blackout material to make a statement when used.

Case Study: Swedish Style Comes To London
This lovely old Kensington home has been completely renovated from top to bottom including complete basement development to create a modern-day family home. The traditional style hall leads to an open plan kitchen living area with a distinctive modern feel. The Swedish owner included dual blackout/screen roller blinds to the windows and skylight, incorporated luxury Lutron® blinds, within the Blindspace® concealment system, designed and installed by Grants Blinds.

Case Study: Out Of Shape With Lutron
This salubrious penthouse in central London, spread over two floors, has been built to include many shaped window areas in contrast to the very structured appearance of the lower levels. Honeycell Duette® blinds were selected due to their flexibility, privacy and insulating properties. These blinds have been concealed using aluminium which was powder-coated to exactly match the specialist metallic RAL colour of the structure. This attention to detail means the blinds complement the design perfectly. All blinds were fully automated and integrated into the Lutron AV home control system.
The bottom-up bedroom blind in black-out material, fully extended with side profiles to ensure maximum light exclusion. When not required, the blinds are not visible due to the high attention to detail and early planning.
